# Subscription
The subscription process begins when an investor pays USDC/USDT into the ARKS UST Assent Pool. In exchange, the investor will receive UST NFT that are of an equivalent dollar value at the time of deposit, net of transaction fees.
***Y represents the face value of UST NFT***
***X represents the USDC/USDT paid***
***S represents transaction fees***
The minimum payment amount is 1,000 USDC/USDT for the first transaction and 1,000 USDC/USDT for subsequent transactions.
